Jade Cargill Pins Rhea Ripley In Six-Woman Tag Match At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

Jade Cargill pinned the WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley.

Starting the in-ring action of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23rd was a six-woman tag team match. Jade Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin took on Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, and WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley.

The bout was a preview for Ripley and Cargill’s WWE Women’s Championship rematch at the Clash in Italy Premium Live Event on May 31st. Ripley defeated Cargill for the title at WrestleMania 42.

The six-woman tag match at Saturday Night’s Main Event saw Michin hit Charlotte Flair with a Styles Clash. Michin was part of The O.C. faction in WWE with Styles, Karl Anderson, and Doc Gallows.

The conclusion of the bout saw Cargill kick Ripley in the face after Ripley’s attention was elsewhere. She then put the champion away with her ‘Jaded’ finisher and got a pinfall victory over Ripley, going into their title rematch.
