Jake Hager suffered a brutal Power Slap loss on September 17, losing by TKO to Johnny Magna.
Hager was bleeding from the eye after taking some brutal slaps, and the bout was stopped.
He underwent emergency surgery for his injury and was sent to a specialist.
Hager’s fiance Patricia Blackburn told Slap News that Hager had a detached retina and had to undergo additional surgery to rettach it.
