Jake Hager Would Like To Wrestle Will Ospreay And Hangman Page

Jake Hager wants to work with The Aerial Assasin and AEW's resident cowboy.

Recently, Will Ospreay began his run in All Elite Wrestling with a match with Konosuke Takeshita at AEW Revolution, in which he was victorious. Now, Ospreay is scheduled to take on Bryan Danielson at AEW Dynasty next month. However, Danielson is not the only AEW talent who is lining up to face Ospreay in singles competition.

While speaking to Monopoly Events in a recent interview, Hager discussed Ospreay, noting that he is a big fan of the former NJPW star. Hager also expressed his desire to step in the ring with Hangman Adam Page.

"I’m a big fan of Will Ospreay. He’s amazing. He’s fun to watch and has such a personality. He would be great to wrestle. I also wouldn’t mind wrestling Hangman Page. It’s been four years now. We gotta figure this out one more time."

When asked if he would make the match a bar room brawl, Hager replied, "There you go. Bring it back."

Hager last competed on the February 21st edition of AEW Rampage, where he would lose in singles competition to Roderick Strong.

Elsewhere in the same interview, Hager said Bellator had attempted to make an MMA bout between he and Fedor Emelianenko happen. You can read more about that here.
