Jake Roberts is back on AEW television.
On September 25, Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam reported that Jake Roberts had undergone foot surgery, which is why he wasn't appearing alongside Lance Archer on AEW television.
Roberts was back beside Archer during the AEW Dark: Elevation tapings on Wednesday's prior to Dynamite in Rochester.
Taking to social media, Roberts confirmed he underwent surgery and commented on his return.
After 5 weeks off 4 surgery I was bk in the saddle again. Wow what a rush!! (Thx HAWK!!!) I love all the fans that show their appreciation! I came alive!! Thx AEW for making me a part of it. Life is so good

Without Roberts in his corner, Archer has been aligned with Minoru Suzuki on AEW television. The duo lost to Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston at AEW Rampage Grand Slam in a lights out match.
