Jasper Troy Saves Booker T From Keanu Carver Attack On 3/17 WWE NXT

A celebration for Booker T turns into a brawl.
713 Music Hall in Houston, Texas, played host to the March 17th edition of NXT on The CW. The night was billed as Booker T Appreciation Night, as Booker hails from the city of Houston.
Booker’s broadcast partner, Vic Joseph, introduced Booker to the ring for the segment. Booker T’s students at his Reality of Wrestling school were ringside. In the ring were WWE Hall of Famer Queen Sharmell and her and Booker’s children, along with two Reality of Wrestling students.
Joseph then passed it over to a video package for Booker that featured messages from Roxanne Perez, Trick Williams, The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso), The Miz, and WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.
Joseph then handed Booker a plaque for his special night, but showing up to the scene was Keanu Carver, who had been confronting Booker T for weeks and targeting Jasper Troy in the process. Troy is the winner of WWE LFG season one, and he was on Booker T’s team that season.
Carver shoved a referee out of his way, and Booker’s Reality of Wrestling students attempted to stop Carver from getting to Booker, but Carver laid them out. Making his way to the ring for the save was Jasper Troy, and he fought Carver off.
Afterward, the NXT roster came out on stage to give a round of applause to Booker, but Booker grabbed a microphone and told Interim General Manager Robert Stone that things like what just occurred cannot happen in his city.
