JD McDonagh Wants To Stay Involved Around Wrestling After Retiring: Whether That’s As A Producer Or Opening My Own Gym

JD McDonagh speaks about wanting to stay involved around wrestling after he retires from in ring competition, including potentially as a producer.

McDonagh is a talent that has wrestled all over the world and is currently a member of The Judgment Day, but has now addressed what could possibly come after for him once he hangs up his boots.

While speaking to German Suplex Media in a new interview, JD McDonagh was asked about what he wants to do following his retirement from in ring competition.

“I can’t really picture my life without wrestling. I’ve been doing wrestling since I was 12 years old. So I feel like when the day comes that I can’t get into the ring anymore, and I’m at the level that I’m happy with, and I have to pack it in, I still want to be involved and around wrestling. Whether that’s as a producer, helping new stars put their matches together, I don’t know maybe I’ll go back to Ireland and open my own gym. You know, the Irish Academy or something like that. I don’t know, I haven’t really thought that far ahead, to be honest with you, I’m solely focused on right now.”
