Je'Von Evans discusses the idea of facing off with Jeff Hardy.
Throughout Je'Von's professional wrestling career, he has proved to be an excellent high flyer in the realm of professional wrestling, so much so he is nicknamed 'Bouncy'.
While speaking to WrestleZone during WrestleMania weekend, Je'Von was asked about Jeff Hardy's influence on his career and what made him that guy for him. Evans noted that watching Hardy made him decide that if he ever fought, he'd be flying.
"Oh, the stuff he was doing. You know what I mean? He jumping off the craziest stuff. He wasn't doing anything that anybody else was doing or willing to do. I think that really caught my eye and made me really decide, dang, if I ever fight, I'm flying. He kind of put me on. He put me on, for sure."
The idea of facing off with Jeff in a singles match was then suggested to Je'Von due to WWE's partnership with TNA, with Evans responding that he would be winning if a match between the two came to pass.
"Man, I'm just going to be praying for the best. You know what I mean? I think if any opportunity comes up to where I can still get in the ring with Jeff Hardy and still be in contract with WWE, I think I'm winning."
In a seperate interview, Je'Von Evans named his three favorite matches of his NXT career so far. You can read more about that here.
