Jeff Cobb Defeats WALTER To Become The New PWG World Champion

The big year for Jeff Cobb continues.

2018 continues getting better and better for Jeff Cobb. Over the past few months Cobb has added more accolades to his resume' and exposing himself to wrestling fans all over the world. Jeff Cobb has been reigning as APW Universal Heavyweight Champion for over 500 days. He is one-half of the current AAW Tag Team Champions and one-half of the CCW Tag Team Champions. On top of that Cobb is the Fighting Spirit Pro Heavyweight Champion, the winner of the 2018 Battle Of Los Angeles tournament, the current ROH World Television Champion, has challenged for the NEVER Openweight Title in NJPW and the latest notch on the belt of Cobb is the World Champion of PWG.

Last night Pro Wrestling Guerrilla presented their 'Smokey And The Bandido' show live from the 'Globe Theatre' in Los Angeles, California. In the main event of the show, Jeff Cobb took on the Austrian big man WALTER for the PWG World Championship. The two competitors clashed for over 18 minutes but in the end it was Jeff Cobb winning with a roll-up to end WALTER's 180+ day reign as PWG World Champion. In the span of three months, Jeff Cobb has won the BOLA tournament, captured the ROH World Television Title and obtained the PWG World Title.
