Since Halloween last year, one half of the TNA Tag Team Champions, Jeff Hardy, has been dealing with bulging disks in his neck, causing much discomfort. Despite this, Hardy isn’t considering surgery, despite it being an option.

While speaking on the I Love Wrestling podcast, Jeff shared how surgery was originally on the table, but he decided to let the TNA medical team help him through it. Jeff recently wrestled a match with Mustafa Ali on the January 22nd edition of iMPACT!

“It will naturally heal over time. But my first two options were from my family doctor was a neurosurgeon, talked to the neurosurgeon or pain management. I said, ‘I think I’ll just deal with the TNA medical team and help me through it.’ So it’s been- everything’s been great so far. It’s definitely better. Even wrestling, I was freaked out about having a one-on-one match with Mustafa Ali because I enjoy his work so much and wanted to be the best I could possibly be. But it felt better. I think it was naturally aggravated a little bit in it, but it’s definitely better, and hopefully these peptides make it much better.”
