Jeff Hardy Wrestles First Match Since April 2019, Defeats King Corbin On WWE SmackDown

Jeff Hardy was back in the ring on WWE SmackDown for the first time in almost a year. 

Hardy had been out of action for the past year with a knee injury. Jeff, alongside his brother Matt, won the SmackDown Tag Team Titles on the April 9, 2019, WWE SmackDown, defeating The Usos. Hardy wrestled his last match on April 20, 2019. The Hardy Boyz were forced to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Titles due to Jeff's knee injury.

On Friday's SmackDown, Hardy picked up a victory over King Corbin. Hardy won with the "Twist of Fury" and Swanton Bomb following a distraction by Elias, who was on commentary.
