Jarrett and Lethal challenge FTR to a title match at AEW Double Or Nothing.
The challenge was first made on the May 3 episode of Dynamite. In a video promo, Jarrett and Lethal talked about defeating both members of FTR in singles action before making the challenge to face the 'Top Guys' at Double Or Nothing in an AEW World Tag Team Championship match.

Harwood and Wheeler have yet to defend the AEW World Tag Team titles since winning them from The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn) in a match on the April 5 episode of Dynamite.
Lethal and Jarrett have failed to capture the AEW World Tag Team Champions on numerous occasions throughout 2023. Mostly recently, the two challenged for the belts in a four way tag team match at AEW Revolution that included The Acclaimed, Orange Cassidy & Danhausen, and The Gunns.
