Jeff Jarrett Says Taylor Swift Was Never On The Payroll, Would Welcome Travis Kelce To AEW With A Guitar Shot

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement on August 26, setting the internet on fire.
Swift is the biggest pop star in the world, but just as she was rising to prominence, she spent time with Jeff Jarrett and his daughters, with many believing that she was a babysitter for the kids.
“I can truthfully say, I’d like to say it, but I don’t believe she’s ever been on the Jeff Jarrett payroll, so to speak,” Jarrett told TMZ.
Jarrett recalled the story of Taylor visiting his daughters around Christmas when his first wife Jill had breast cancer. He said that Taylor played music for about 30 hours as more people came over to the house.
“She kind of bonded with the family, specifically with the girls,” said Jarrett.
Jarrett’s daughter Jaclyn played a young Taylor Swift in the “Mine” music video.
Kelce is still active on the gridiron as a tight end of the Kansas City Chiefs, but when he hangs up the cleats, Jarrett would welcome him to AEW.
“I would love for Kelce to step into an AEW ring. I would love to have a guitar shot for him. He’s been around music for a while, I don’t think he’s been around a guitar for long. I got a guitar shot for Travis. Hell, I’d welcome him in an AEW ring, I think he can make a lot of noise. It goes without saying, him and his brother are showmen at heart. You can tell it’s in their DNA, which is cool. I wish Travis nothing but success this upcoming year. There is going to come a time when his football career is over and the door will be open at AEW,” said Jarrett.
Jarrett is the longest reigning Texas Chain Saw Massacre Deathmatch Champion.
