Jerry Lawler Recovering From A Stroke

Jerry Lawler is currently recovering after suffering a stroke.

Lawler was forced to pull out of HorrorHound Weekend in Cincinnati on Friday due to “personal matters.”

Lawler’s daughter told TMZ Sports that Lawler “experienced the medical issue in Florida last Friday at one of his homes. Luckily, he says his daughter is taking him back to his primary residence, where he will rest up for a few more weeks before getting back to normal.”

Lawler previously suffered a stroke in 2023 and 2018. The 2023 episode was described as a “massive stroke” that put him in the ICU for a few days. He infamously suffered a heart attack live on WWE Raw in 2012.

Jerry Lawler has been making convention appearances over the years and has popped up on WWE TV when the promotion has been in Tennessee, appearing for the live crowd. His last televised WWE appearance came on the November 28, 2023 episode of NXT when he was part of the Iron Survivor selection team.

Fightful will continue to update fans on Lawler’s condition when more is known. We wish him the best as he recovers.
