Jim Johnston Selling Equipment From WWE Recordings

Fans can own a piece of WWE musical history.

For over thirty years, Jim Johnston worked for WWE creating some of the most iconic ring entrance themes for legendary wrestlers. Last December, Johnston was let go from the company in not the most cordial way. Today Pro Wrestling Sheet reported Jim Johnston has began the process of selling some of the equipment he used to produce the music at WWE.

Johnston is selling four guitar heads for amps and a equalizer ranging from $750 to $12,000. The description on many of the items mention they were used on WWE productions.

While Johnston was at WWE he wrote dozens of themes for wrestlers like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, The Undertaker, CM Punk, and Mr. McMahon.

Now the music at WWE is produced mainly by the duo CFO$, who Johnston has criticized as "too homogenous".
