Jim Ross took to social media to inform fans that he underwent cancer surgery on his right hip and that he is doing well.
He thanked fans for their support.

Ross has dealt with health issues over the past year that has caused him to take a step back from his announcing duties on AEW. He typically calls the main event match on AEW Collision.
Ross' contract with AEW is set to expire on February 14 and no new deal has been reported.
