Jimmy Uso Found Not Guilty In DUI Case

Jimmy Uso has been found not guilty in his DUI case. Uso was arrested on July 25 and charged with DUI.

WEAR-TV reports the jury deliberated for around an hour in a Pensacola, Florida courtroom Wednesday, Dec. 18. No reason was given for the verdict according to the state attorney's office. Uso was still hit with a speeding ticket.

In the dashcam footage, Uso can be seen swerving in his lane and driving over a double yellow line as cops caught him driving 86 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Fortunately, officers were able to pull Uso over. Uso can be seen swaying as he exits his vehicle and is asked to take a field sobriety test. Uso admits to having a glass of wine, but believes he is okay to drive. He then asks for his lawyer multiple times as the officer explains to him that's not an option as he wants Uso to take a field sobriety test. Eventually, the officer gets fed up with Uso's request and refusal to take the test, arresting him for DUI.

The cop that took the stand on Wednesday noted, "Once he eventually started to get out of the vehicle, he appeared to have a hard time with the door handle and opening up the door. He was unable to get out of the vehicle and took a step or two and appeared to stumble, almost into the travel lane."

The Usos have not been seen on WWE television since the July 29 episode of Raw. It is unknown when they will make their return.
