Joe Hendry Reflects On TNA Genesis Return, ‘It Was Great To Go Back’
Joe Hendry was happy to make his return to TNA.
Fans were delighted to see Hendry make his return to the company back in January, as he wrestled Cedric Alexander and Moose. at the Genesis event. To make the pot even sweeter, Hendry was able to pick up the pinfall victory over Alexander in that match.
Chatting with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, the former NXT Champion spoke highly of his brief return to TNA.
“That was great to go back. It was a triple threat with Moose and Cedric Alexander. It was interesting to go back because before I was going to WWE while I was signed to TNA and now I got a chance to go back to TNA when I was signed to WWE. So that was great to go back. I had a lot of good times there. I’ve got a lot of friends there. So that was fun for me.”
