Joe Tessitore States That Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena Is Main Eventing WWE Wrestlepalooza

The Wrestlepalooza main event is Cena versus Lesnar.
WWE’s first Premium Live Event on ESPN’s new direct-to-co1nsumer service is Wrestlepalooza on September 20th. Indianapolis, Indiana, is hosting the event.
One of the matches on the marquee is John Cena versus Brock Lesnar. It’ll be Lesnar’s first match since SummerSlam 2023, where he fell in defeat to Cody Rhodes.
While appearing on SportsCenter, Monday Night Raw commentator Joe Tessitore stated that Lesnar versus Cena will be main eventing Wrestlepalooza.
Cena is on the backend of his retirement tour, and his final match is scheduled to take place on December 13th in Washington, DC.
In January 2024, Lesnar was named in former WWE employee Janel Grant’s sex trafficking lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. The suit notes that when Lesnar agreed to a new WWE contract, Vince McMahon told him that part of their agreement was that Lesnar got to have sex with Grant. Lesnar attempted to set up a meeting with Grant and also requested that she send a video of herself urinating.
