Joey Janela Deletes Tweet Saying He Won't Be At AEW Dynamite And Asking AEW To "Right These Wrongs"

Joey Janela tweets and deletes.

On Tuesday night, Joey Janela took to social media to send out a tweet, seemingly expressing his frustrations with how things are going for him in AEW. The tweet, which has since been deleted, said, "Didn’t get on my flight for @AEWrestling Dynamite tonight, I’m not going…. Nothing was addressed about the way I was eliminated from the match last week, I’m losing all the steam I created on my own through 14 years of hard work, right these wrongs and answer the phone.."

Janela was not advertised for Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite. He participated in the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale on the Nov. 20 episode, but was eliminated when Shawn Spears ran in and knocked him off the top rope with a chair. The elimination occurred during the commercial break.

It is unknown if Janela is working an angle. He currently sports a 1-3 singles record in AEW and has yet to be given promo or vignette time on television, which was a big part of how he gathered a following on the Independent scene.

Fightful will have live coverage of AEW Dynamite beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
