John Cena, Jason Momoa Teaming Up For Upcoming Warner Bros. Film 'Killer Vacation'

John Cena will be sharing the big screen with Jason Momoa in the new action comedy titled "Killer Vacation."

John Cena and Jason Momoa are two stars of the DC Films universe, John Cena is known for his role as Peacemaker, and Jason Momoa is known for playing Aquaman. Now, this pairing is going to be starring in a new action comedy movie, as first reported by Variety.

Currently, there is no set release date for "Killer Vacation," but those familiar with the movie compare it to "True Lies." The script was written by Mark and Brian Gunn. It will be produced by John Rickard and Peter Safran. Reportedly, the film was set up at Warner Bros prior to Peter Safran assuming his responsibilities with James Gunn as they both look to revamp the upcoming DC Films.

John Cena met Jason Momoa on the set of the Fast and the Furious franchise and reportedly, they wanted to take their natural chemistry to another film.

Jason Momoa has worked on screen with wrestlers in the past. In the Apple TV series "See," Jason works opposite someone John Cena is very familiar with, Batista.

Also, while Jason Momoa and Roman Reigns get a lot of comments but they look alike, Roman Reigns has stated that Aquaman would be more successful if he was to star in it. See his jestful comments at this link.
