John Cena names his five favorite women's wrestlers in WWE.

John Cena has watched WWE evolve numerous times throughout his 22-year career. One of the most notable changes the on-screen product underwent during John's time as the top guy in the company was the handling of the women's division.

Women's wrestlers went from competing in Bra and Panties matches to getting less than 5 minutes on a show to compete in tag team matches, to eventually competing in all of the same gimmick matches as the men's Superstars and headlining WrestleManias.

During a recent appearance on ESPN's First Take, Cena named his five favorite women's wrestlers, many of whom have already headlined WrestleMania and continue to wave the banner for WWE proudly just as John did during his full-time career.

“Bayley, Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, and Charlotte Flair,” he said.

John Cena teamed with Becky Lynch during the January 1, 2019 episode of WWE SmackDown.

This year, Lynch and Ripley are scheduled to face off at WrestleMania for the Women's World Championship. Bayley will challenge IYO SKY for the WWE Women's Championship. Charlotte is unfortunately convalescing after suffering an injury.

Bianca Belair is yet to have a match booked for this year's WrestleMania. This will be the first time ever that she is not competing for a single championship on the main card.

John Cena is also hoping to make it the WWE WrestleMania this year. Learn more here.
