John Cena On Fighting Himself In Season 2 Of ‘Peacemaker’: For Three Days, I Essentially Got To Play With Myself

John Cena discusses ‘Peacemaker’.

The second season of the hit television show will premiere on HBO Max on Thursday, August 21. Fans of the show are elated with anticipation, as the first season wrapped up all the way back in February 2022.

While appearing on The Tonight Show to promote the new season, Cena revealed a clip where two versions of Peacemaker fight each other. He also commented on the filming process for that scene.

“This was crazy because this took three days to film. So for three days, I essentially got to play with myself.”

A little bit earlier in the interview, Cena teased that the show will feature surprises and cameos.

“Oh, I can say there’s ton of surprises. Guys, get ready because Peacemaker 2 is full of surprises. Tons of surprises, tons of cameos, all new cast. We got tons of story swerves and stuff you’ll never seen coming. We’ve got tons of surprises, pay for your whole seat, use only the edge.”

Logan Paul recently stated that he’s disappointed in Cena’s recent face turn. Check out his full comments here.

Cena is set to face Logan Paul at WWE Clash In Paris. Check out the full lineup for the show here.
