John Cena reacts to his WWE Backlash match with Randy Orton.
At WWE Backlash, Randy Orton would battle John Cena 'One Last Time' for the WWE Championship. Over the course of the bout, chaos would reign but in the closing stages, Cena would steal the match to retain his championship.
While speaking to Entertainment Tonight in a new interview, Cena was asked about closing out his career this year and his final match, with Cena noting that he and WWE are taking it one match at a time before referring to his bout with Orton.
"On the WWE side, we're just taking it one at a time. We did our last one in St. Louis. I had my last match with Randy Orton, and that was pretty cool to kind of put a close to that 25-year rivalry. So as every chapter happens, it's a different feeling for everyone."
The latest dates for Cena's retirement tour ahead of WWE Clash In Paris have been revealed. You can read more about them here.
