John Cena Set To Appear On 3/6 WWE Raw

John Cena is slated to make his return to WWE Raw on the Road to WrestleMania.

In an email sent on the morning of Monday, February 20, WWE announced that John Cena will appear live on Monday Night Raw on Monday, March 6. This will be John Cena's first Monday Night Raw appearance since he celebrated his 20-year anniversary on June 27, 2022.

It is unknown what John Cena will be doing on Monday, March 6, or if he will be involved in WrestleMania 39 whatsoever.

John Cena was last seen in WWE on the December 30, 2022, episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown. On that night, Cena teamed up with Kevin Owens to go against Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn.

Fightful Select had previously reported that John Cena filmed a backstage segment with Austin Theory at the December 30 WWE SmackDown event in Tampa, Florida. The segment did not air on television, however. Fans can learn more about that here.

One thing that is known, however, is John Cena is the cover athlete of WWE 2K23, and that video game will release on Friday, March 17 to the general public.

In that video game, players will have the opportunity to take on the role of some of John Cena's most notable opponents, playing through a series of matches that John Cena has lost in the past. Fans can learn more detail about WWE 2K23's John Cena-centric Showcase Mode here.
