John Silver And Alex Reynolds: Our WWE Dream Subsided After We Did Our First AEW Show

John Silver and Alex Reynolds have become an key part of AEW's tag division since signing on with the company in July 2020. The duo have been involved in some of the companies biggest storylines, including the two-year story arc that saw their friend Hangman Adam Page capture the AEW World Championship. Before AEW, Silver and Reynolds competed in prominent independent companies like CZW, PWG, and Beyond Wrestling.

While participating in a virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest, the duo was asked about potentially wrestling for WWE in the future.

John Silver said "I don't want to." before Reynolds added:

"We're very, very very happy at AEW. I haven't even thought about [that]. That dream kinda subsided when we did our first AEW show and realized how awesome the place is. So yeah, we're good sticking where we are."

Most recently Silver and Reynolds, under the names Alex Keaton & Johnny Silver, worked the September 10th, 2019 episode of WWE Smackdown as extra talent when they faced Heavy Machinery in a squash match.
