- Santos Escobar became the Undisputed NXT Cruiserweight Champion at NXT TakeOver. He achieved the feat by overcoming Jordan Devlin in a gruelling ladder match.

- For the first time ever, the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles were defended and successfully retained. Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon defeated Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae of The Way.

- NCAA National Champion Wrestler Gable Steveson was sitting ringside with Stephanie McMahon at NXT TakeOver.

- Johnny Gargano successfully defended his NXT North American Championship versus Bronson Reed. Reed had won the Gauntlet Eliminator Match on Night One of Stand & Deliver.

- Finn Balor lost to NXT Championship to Karrion Kross at NXT TakeOver.

- Franky Monet will debut in NXT this Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

- Rosemary, Jordynne Grace and Havok defeated Tenille Dashwood, Nevaeh, and Alisha in the opening match of IMPACT's return to Thursday nights.

- IMPACT aired a tease for the return of Taylor Wilde.

- Brian Myers interrupted Matt Cardona and Jake Something's match, attacking his longtime friend and accepting Cardona's challenge to a match at Rebellion on April 25.

Backstage, Tommy Dreamer announced that Myers will face Jake Something this Saturday at Hardcore Justice in a BlindGames Match.
