Jon Moxley Retains AEW Continental Championship Against Will Ospreay At AEW Dynasty

Jon Moxley defeats Will Ospreay.

Last month during AEW Revolution, Will Ospreay returned after neck surgery and targeted Jon Moxley. A match between them was booked for AEW Dynasty and later, Mox’s AEW Continental Championship was also put on the line.

Ospreay started the match strong, delivering two back-to-back Hidden Blades. Moxley eventually recovered and targeted Ospreay’s neck.

Towards the end of the bout, Moxley hit Ospreay with a jumping piledriver on the steel steps. The referee started counting, but Ospreay made it to the ring.

Jon Moxley was ready and delivered two Paradigm Shifts, but couldn’t get the pin. He delivered a Death Rider, and this time Ospreay couldn’t kick out.

Mox retains the AEW Continental Championship.
