Someone might die next week.
After easily dispatching of Michael Nakazawa in the opening match of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley was looking for a bigger challenge. Moxley got on the mic and dared anyone to step up to him because he was ready to rip heads off and be the last man standing in AEW. At the time, no one answered the call.
Later in the night, Darby Allin defeated "The Librarian" Peter Avalon and Shawn Spears in a triple threat bout, pinning Avalon. After his victory, Allin accepted Moxley's challenge. The match was made official shortly after.
Also announced for next week is a Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale where 12 men will compete in a battle royale for a shot at the Dynamite Diamond Ring. The final two men left standing in the battle royale will move on to the Nov. 27 episode, meeting in singles competition where the winner receives the Dynamite Diamond Ring.
Also announced for next week is Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy) against Proud N Powerful (Santana & Ortiz)
