GCW is returning to The Showboat for Atlantic City for Fight Club Weekend 2022, which will be headlined by a major title match.
In a tweet on August 30, Game Changer Wrestling announced that Jon Moxley will defend the GCW World Championship against Nick Gage in a Title vs. Career Match.
GCW Fight Club will be held on October 8 & 9, and both nights will stream on FITE TV.

Gage challenged Moxley to face him at GCW Homecoming after the champion successfully defended his title against EFFY. Moxley agreed to the match but made Gage put his career on the line in order to get a shot at the gold.
Moxley has held the title since September 4, 2021, when he defeated Matt Cardona at The Art of War Games event. Gage is a two-time champion; his second reign ended when he lost to Cardona at GCW Homecoming 2021.
