Jonathan Gresham battled through infection.
Though Jonathan Gresham wasn't successful in winning PWG Battle of Los Angeles 2019, he turned in a gutsy performance on the final night, working through a lymph node infection. Gresham's fiance Jordynne Grace took to social media, revealing that Gresham went to the hospital prior to the final night of BOLA and was diagnosed with a lymph node infection. Despite the infection, Gresham wrestled A-Kid, Joey Janela, and a triple threat match against Bandido and David Starr on the final night of Battle of Los Angeles on Sept. 22.
Straight up didn’t want my guy wrestling tonight. He went to the hospital yesterday after waking up with head pain and got diagnosed with a lymph node infection. Then he goes and wrestles three matches tonight.

Gresham eliminated Starr in the BOLA finals triple threat match, but was bested by Bandido when things became one-on-one.
