Jorge Masvidal: I Don't Think AEW Wants Me To Be Physical At Shows After What I Did To Chris Jericho

Jorge Masvidal discusses his small stint in AEW.

Throughout the short history of the company, All Elite Wrestling has hosted many outside guests from other mediums of entertainment such as rappers and UFC fighters. One of those UFC fighters is Jorge Masvidal, who is one of the biggest stars in the world of mixed martial arts. Although he has never wrestled for the company, Masvidal appeared for AEW on numerous occasions in 2021 alongside Dan Lambert.

In a new interview with Jim Varsallone, Masvidal noted that he will be at the April 26 episode of AEW Dynamite as a fan before saying that he is unsure if the company wants to feature him again because he's trying to hurt people in a real manner.

“I can’t tell you that I’ll be in the show or involved in the show, but as a fan I’ll definitely be there. If they got time to include this guy because they know that when I come for these wrestlers, none of that fake stuff, I’m trying to hurt them for real. Ask Chris Jericho, ask anybody that get in the way, I'm trying to hurt them for real. So, if they want that heat again it’s cool, but I don’t think they wanna see me back in there after what I did. Tell you the truth, I’m gonna go as a fan because I love their shows. They got the rowdiest shows when it comes to pro wrestling So I'm gonna be out there just to show love. But I don’t think they wanna see that over there ever since I did that to Jericho… they’re kinda worried about me.”

Masvidal said back in 2021 that there are a lot of savages in AEW. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
