The Judgment Day Win Tag Team Turmoil Match, Earn Raw Tag Team Title Shot On 1/9 WWE Raw

The Judgment Day have earned a shot at the gold.

On the January 9 episode of WWE Raw, several of the red brand's top teams clashed in a Tag Team Turmoil Match. The winner would earn a shot at the RAW Tag Team Championship. The Usos are the reigning Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, as they defeated RK-Bro to unify the tag team titles on the May 20, 2022 episode of SmackDown.

The Tag Team Turmoil Match started with a hard-fought battle between The Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Finn Balor) and The O.C. (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows).The two teams reignited their rivalry, and Balor stole a pin to eliminate Anderson to eliminate the duo.

The reunited duo of Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin entered the match and showcased the impressive chemistry that previously led them to a run with the Raw Tag Team Championship. But Balor scored his second elimination with a Coup de Grace on Alexander.

Another set of former champions, Alpha Academy (Otis & Chad Gable) was the next team out. The duo pushed Priest and Balor to their limits, and Otis showed flashes of his former fun-loving self as he hit The Caterpillar. But Priest eliminated the pair by pinning Otis after he accidentally squashed both Balor and Gable. Balor was taken out of the bout due to an injury, and Dominik Mysterio replaced him.

The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) were the final entrants, and they threw everything they had at Priest and Mysterio. Ford showcased his impressive high-flying skills, and Dawkins wowed the crowd with his explosive offense. Ford dove over the ring post and hit a 450 Splash on Dominik, but Priest pulled him out of the ring. Dominik then pinned Ford and put his foot on the ropes to clinch the win.
