Julia Hart: Thekla Teaches Confidence. She Oozes Charisma
Thekla joined AEW in May 2025, and quickly aligned with Julia Hart and Skye Blue to form the Sisters of Sin.
In less than a year in the company, Thekla ascended to the top of the women’s division, winning the AEW Women’s Title in February. Joining the company from Stardom, she has quickly proven herself a stout weekly television performer and credits Hart and Blue for helping her get comfortable and navigate the AEW system.
Speaking to Fightful’s Jeremy Lambert, Julia responded to Thekla’s comments and was asked how Thekla has potentially helped her.
“She teaches a lot of confidence and how to carry herself. She’s just oozes charisma. She’s so cool in that way. If she says I’ve taught her some stuff….sometimes, some things won’t make sense, and whenever you’re on TV, make the most of it, and know that everything is going great. She comes and is like, ‘Was that good?’ ‘That was amazing.’ ‘I was thinking 100 things in my head.’ ‘You did amazing. You didn’t show it at all.’ It’s funny hearing that reassurance, and vice versa, after a match she’ll be like, ‘You did amazing.’ ‘Really? I didn’t feel like I did.’ ‘No, you did amazing.’ It’s great to have her in the group and have that support,” she said.
Hart has been part of AEW since 2021, starting with the promotion during the pandemic.
