Former friends and tag team partners are set to collide at AEW Full Gear.
"Jungle Boy" Jack Perry came to the ring to present his challenge to Christian Cage and Luchasaurus. Before he could, Cage stated that he and Luchasaurus are done with him, but Jungle Boy cost the big man his shot at the AEW All-Atlantic Championship. Perry stated that Cage has cost him everything, and he wasted three years of his life. He noted that the two of them have found a way to stack the odds against him, but he had a solution. Jungle Boy then challenged Luchasaurus to a Steel Cage Match at AEW Full Gear.
Cage responded by saying that Jungle Boy isn't as good as he says he is. He stated that he knows Jungle Boy will keep coming back, so they'll have to put him down once and for all. Cage accepted the challenge on Luchasaurus' behalf and insulted Perry's father. Jungle Boy tried to attack the veteran but Luchasaurus blindsided his former partner. He then chokeslammed Jungle Boy onto a chair.
Luchasaurus previously defeated Jungle Boy on the October 12 episode of AEW Dynamite. Jungle Boy interfered in Luchasaurus' match on the November 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, where Orange Cassidy beat him and Rey Fenix to retain the AEW All-Atlantic Championship.
