Karl Anderson Says He Is Hopeful For A Full Season Of 'Botch Club'

Good Brother Karl is hoping for more of 'Botch Club'.

The WWE Network premiered a number of new shows over the holidays including former RAW Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson's 'Botch Club' in-which they take a look at some of the funniest moments during matches from the past and present. There was only one episode of 'Botch Club' and according to Karl Anderson there was tons more footage that was not featured on the show including himself and Gallows doing commentary over bad WCW matches.

Karl Anderson recently joined Sam Roberts' 'Notsam Wrestling' podcast and talked about how 'Botch Club' came to fruition and where he and Gallows want it to go.

“You know there was -- one of the producers that did Ride Along with us -- his name was Paul, great brother. I guess for some reason we were doing the Ride Along and for some reason he was laughing a lot. I don’t know why. Probably because we’re, in my mind, funny, and the first time we did the Ride Along he goes, ‘I gotta get these guys on again’ and we did it again and he said, ‘I've got to create a show for these guys’ so he wrote this show. This was his thing." Anderson revealed. "He wrote it just for us, and there’s more to it that didn’t even get to air because parts of it went too long and this and that, but the goal in our mind for sure is to have a whole season of it, and we taped that one to see what kind of reaction it got and I know -- I had heard it had gotten like the highest rated and the most talked about, and I guess there’s definitely something in the works to do a whole season and there’s enough mess-ups out there and it wasn’t so much just about the mess-ups. We did some commentary on some matches that didn’t make it like some really bad WCW matches and I think that stuff is just as funny as the botches.” He said.

Gallows and Anderson are looking to climb back to the top of WWE's tag team division and this past Tuesday on SmackDown Live, The Usos had an opportunity to do that as well but failed due to do so because of a distraction from Mandy Rose. To read more on that, click here.
