Karrion Kross On Triple H Believing ‘We Want Kross’ Chants Were ‘We Want Brock’: I Saw It And Laughed

Karrion Kross laughed at Triple H’s remarks.

After night two of the premium live event, Triple H joined the SummerSlam post-show to recap the entire tonight.

At one point, Triple H was greeted with loud ‘We Want Kross’ chants from the audience. ‘The Game’ responded to the fans by saying, ‘You want Brock? You got him.’ This moment went viral online.

Speaking with Ariel Helwani on a recent edition of The MMA Hour, Kross recalled his reaction to the moment.

“I don’t know. I don’t want to frame that situation. When I did see it, I laughed because he could have misheard it. He has a very dry sense of humor and I thought there was a chance he maybe could’ve been joking around. I’m the same way. I have a very dry sense of humor and I’m very sarcastic. I saw it and I just laughed. On the back end of that, I was very flattered that after the show, it’s a show I’m not on and everyone is chanting it. That was awesome. They were doing it on both nights. That was really cool. I’ve had conversations with people that have been in the business for over 30 years and they’ve said really solid wrestlers, Dynamite Kid-level solid people have gone their whole careers and never gotten an ovation like that, never mind once. They haven’t had things like this happen. It really put things in perspective for me. There are incredible people that have been in this business that aren’t received like that from the crowd. Stuff like that, I will never forget. It’s awesome.”
