Karrion Kross Shares That Scarlett Received Standing Ovations After House Show Matches, Would Like To See Her vs. Rhea Ripley At WWE Evolution

Kross and Scarlett took on Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest at the house shows.

Kross would like to see Ripley and Scarlett in the ring one-on-one.

As Karrion Kross continued to make the media rounds, one of his stops was a chat with Good Karma Wrestling.

As the conversation moved along, Kross was asked who he would like to see Scarlett face at the next installment of WWE’s all-women’s Premium Live Event, Evolution. He first shared that he and Scarlett wrestled Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest at house shows and Scarlett received standings ovations in Gorilla Position. He’d like to see Ripley versus Scarlett at the aforementioned July 13th PLE.

“Well, I will tell you this, on a house show, Scarlett and I got a last-minute notice that we could potentially be working Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. We were over the moon about it. So we wound up working them that weekend and it was the talk of the show and Scarlett got a standing ovation in Gorilla, both nights, when she walked through that curtain. She had really, really, really good matches. I know things are very story-driven. That may seem like a random match for people because there’s no buildup. But, Scarlett against Rhea would be an excellent match. It would blow people away. I guarantee it. I’ve been in this business for 11 years. Getting a standing ovation in Gorilla, that means something. If we’re talking super fantasy-booking, I’ve always wanted to see Scarlett versus Trish Stratus. Those would be the two matches I think I’d like to see (at WWE Evolution).”

In a prior media appearance, Kross mentioned that he received a standing ovation after his moment on the Raw Recap Podcast following WrestleMania 41.
