Kay Lee Ray: I Wish I Was Given A Chance To Really Show What I Could Have Done On WWE Main Roster

Kay Lee Ray wishes she had gotten to showcase more of her talent on the main roster.
Earlier this year, Kay Lee Ray, along with several other members of the WWE roster, departed the company. She recently revealed that her departure came as a result of a contract expiration, rather than a release.
Speaking on Busted Open recently, the wrestler opened up about her WWE run, saying she wishes she had gotten a chance to really show what she was capable of doing on the main roster.
“The way it went at the end obviously wasn’t great. But in the past few years, I got to have fun with my friends and I got paid well for it. So I even try to look on the bright side of that, that I can’t really be disappointed with that. I wish I was given a chance to really show what I could have done on main roster. But I was with WWE for seven years, almost eight. If I got a chance to do it again, I know there would definitely be more relationships I would make. I would maybe do things differently, but looking back now, I had fun. I think now’s the time to go kind of reinvent myself and show them what we could have done on main roster.”
In another interview, Ray talks about the ring name she pitched to WWE that was rejected. Fans can read her comments here.
