Kayla Braxton answers why she didn’t go to AEW after exiting WWE, questioning why she would leave the biggest company for another.

In 2024, Kayla would exit WWE, leading to many questions on where she would end up next, with some speculating that she would end up on AEW television. However, at the time, Kayla made it clear that she would be leaving the wrestling industry.

While speaking to TMZ in a new interview, Kayla Braxton explained why she didn’t see AEW as a possible landing spot.

“Well, I think when I left WWE, I made it very clear I was not going to AEW or any other wrestling company. Why would I leave? Why would I, why would I leave the biggest wrestling company in the world to go to another. Cause, like, why? It’s like, obviously I wanted to do something else besides wrestling.”
