Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic have had many battles inside the ring, but Lee believes they still have one more left on the grandest stage of them all.
After Lee defeated Adam Cole to win the NXT and North American Championship at the Great American Bash on July 8, Dijakovic was one of the first NXT stars to congratulate him on the historic win. Speaking on the moment on Twitter days later, Lee spoke of the bond the two share due to their many matches on NXT and outside of WWE and said he and Dijakovic will main event WrestleMania one day.
We beat the crap out of each other. Our bond strengthens through combat every time. Because of that, this is forever my dude.

One day we will main event #Wrestlemania. And we'll beat the crap out of each other again. Big shoutout to @dijakovicwwe. I love that guy. #FeastYourEyes pic.twitter.com/ZJOCRrqOnc
Lee has shared the ring with WrestleMania headliners in the past, such as Roman Reigns, and has drawn the attention of several wrestlers, including Reigns. Recently, Reigns made it clear that he wants to have a match against Lee after the two of them briefly wrestled back at Survivor Series last November.
Dijakovic is still searching for his first title in WWE after unsuccessful attempts at beating Lee for the North American title. Dijakovic has not wrestled since early May and has been previously reported to move up to Raw.
