Kento Miyahara Wins 2025 AJPW Royal Road Tournament

The 2025 Royal Road tourney has concluded.

All Japan Pro Wrestling wrapped up its 2025 Royal Road tournament on September 15th. The finals came down to Kento Miyahara versus Daisuke Sekimoto.

It was an 18-minute bout, and Miyahara emerged victorious to win the tournament for a third time. He won it in 2018 and 2022.

After securing the victory, Miyahara held up a picture of Taishin Nagao, an AJPW talent who passed away due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident when he was hit by a tour bus. Miyahara gave a speech as well.

Miyahara is now set to challenge Jun Saito for the AJPW Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship on September 23rd.
