Kenzie Paige Calls Jazz The Biggest Influence For Her In NWA

Kenzie Paige says she's inspired by former NWA Women's Champion Jazz.

Kenzie Paige is in the meager beginnings of her run as NWA Women's Champion. She captured the title by defeating Kamille at NWA 75, ending Kamille's reign that lasted more than 800 days.

As it turns out, another dominant former champion has helped Kenzie shape her character. In an interview with Wrestling Epicenter, Paige credits Jazz as the number one person who has helped her the most besides her trainer Dr. Tom Prichard.

“Besides Dr. Tom, because he’s obviously our trainer so I’ll go to him, I would say Jazz. Jazz has been the biggest influence in shaping me as a person, not just as a wrestler, but as a person, and how I want to be presented and how to be more like a superstar. She’s really helped me in that aspect of creating who Kenzie Paige is. Jazz definitely jumps out as the number one person who has helped me the most.”

Kenzie Paige will next defend her championship against Ruthie Jay at NWA Samhain in Cleveland, Ohio on October 28.
