Kevin Nash Reveals Shawn Michaels Underwent Surgery, Adds That Michaels Also Needs Both Knees Replaced

Nash shares a note about HBK.

During the latest edition of Kevin Nash’s Kliq This podcast, he shared the news that NXT overseer Shawn Michaels underwent surgery related to a back issue.

Nash brought up the back injury Michaels suffered during the Casket match at the 1998 Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Nash said Michaels was in less pain after the operation. He then added that Michaels needs both of his knees replaced.

“Shawn (Michaels) just got done — he got an operation… When he f*cked his back up on that Casket match, they put some rods and sh*t in his back, and they had to take him out because they were all twisted… Shawn just had that done and I guess — I haven’t had the chance to talk to him, because I haven’t had a chance to talk to my f*cking wife who lives with me. But, he woke up from surgery and was in less pain, and Shawn needs both his knees replaced on top of that, and who’s to say as long as they’ve been bowed like that, there’s not some hip things.”

Michaels was present at AAA Triplemanía XXXIII and was on screen for the singing of the Mexico national anthem.
