Kevin Owens had some strong words for Brock Lesnar during a recent media appearance.
Owens was participating in a Facebook Live Q&A with the Daily Record, during the WWE's recently completed European tour. During the session, one fan asked about a potential match between Owens and Lesnar.
"The biggest, most interesting part about this thing with me versus Brock, is that people don't think I'd have a chance, and I love proving people wrong," Owens said. "So not only would I survive Suplex City, I think I'd take him to Suplex City. [Lesnar] goes around calling people his bitch, I think I'd make him my bitch!"
Owens has expressed a desire to face Lesnar at WrestleMania on several occasions. Last week, during an interview on SportsCenter with ESPN's Jonathan Coachman, Owens discussed wanting to face Lesnar at WrestleMania. And prior to that, during an interview for Ringside Collectibles at Comic-Con International in San Diego, he told Noelle Foley that Lesnar would be his "dream opponent" at WWE's flagship pay-per-view.
Owens, who currently is the WWE Universal Champion, is gearing up for Survivor Series this Sunday from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Owens will be part of Team Raw in the men's five-on-five elimination tag. Owens will team with Chris Jericho, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. Opposing them, representing Smackdown, will be Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose, Smackdown commissioner Shane McMahon and WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles. As for Lesnar, he is headlining Survivor Series in a singles match against Bill Goldberg, who is returning to the ring after an absence of 12 1/2 years.
Sasha Banks joined Owens on the Facebook Live Q&A with the Daily Record.
