Kevin Owens Donating Proceeds From New Shirt To Mental Health Organizations

Kevin Owens is giving back.

Kevin Owens and WWE released a new shirt with the phrase "Just Keep Fighting." The phrase works for Owens' character, who has called himself a prizefighter and formerly used the tagline "Fight Owens Fight." But it also spoke to a larger section of the audience, who fight every day with some sort of struggle.

The Elite: We're Getting AEW Back To What It Was Supposed To Be

Taking to Twitter, Owens revealed that he will donate money made from the shirt to two mental health organizations.

"The phrase 'just keep fighting' really spoke to [fans] as it was helping them through whatever their struggles were, whether it was dealing with an illness or a family member dealing with an illness or mental health struggles or whatever obstacles they were facing. After speaking with my wife, I've decided that all the profits I make from this shirt are going to go to two organizations that help with mental health. The Canadian Mental Health Association in Canada and the National Alliance For Mental Illness in the US. Because of the feedback you gave me, I wanted to give back to all of you. Whether you're struggling with a disease or mental illness or anything, I think everybody can benefit from the betterment of mental health."

Owens said he will keep fans updated on how much is donated, but it might be a while due to how the payout process works.
