Kevin Owens Picks His NXT Debut As The The Best Moment Of His WWE Career

Kevin Owens is a former WWE Universal Champion, he's competed in Hell in a Cell, he holds a victory at WrestleMania, and he was part of the critically acclaimed Festival of Friendship segment. But all of those moments come second to Owens making his NXT debut against CJ Parker (Juice Robinson in NJPW).

Speaking to AJ on the AJ Awesome Show, Owens was asked about his favorite moment in his WWE career.

"It's between my first NXT match against CJ Parker [Juice Robinson] and winning the Universal Championship. I think the NXT match might be a little bit more special because it was my first match in WWE, it was against a really good friend and it was such a special moment that I'll always remember. To actually get to be in WWE. Even though I signed my contract and was in the Performance Center for a few months, having that first match was really something," he said.

During the match, Owens got his nose broken thanks to a palm strike by Parker. On WWE Break It Down, Owens said he was happy to get his nose broken due to the visual it created. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
