Killer Kross reacts to Sami’s victory.

For the first time in his 13-year-plus career with WWE, Sami Zayn has won the World Championship in the company.

He emerged victorious from a Triple Threat match at the 2026 Night of Champions Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia.

There were a multitude of reactions to the win from Zayn’s peers and former colleagues, such as Killer Kross. A video was captured of Kross being informed of Zayn’s title win. He jumped up in excitement and yelled, ‘Finally.’

For the backend of Kross’ time with WWE, he was tied up in a story with Zayn. The last three matches Kross had in his latest WWE run were singles matches against Sami.
