Kofi Kingston: When Carmelo Hayes Gets His Opportunity, He’s Going To Blow The Roof Off
Kofi Kingston sees a bright future for Carmelo Hayes.
Hayes has been part of the main roster for over a year, and has found himself regularly featured on WWE SmackDown, largely working alongside The Miz.
Speaking to Konnan and Disco Inferno on Keepin’ It 100, veteran and former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston was asked who he sees a bright future for in WWE.
“The future is real bright. Carmelo Hayes is immensely talented. When he gets his opportunity, he’s going to blow the roof off. The stuff he’s doing with Miz, embracing that, he’s killing it and going to be great. Trick Williams, for sure. There are so many. You look at the roster head to toe, everybody is talented,” said Kofi.
Kofi also noted that everyone is a good worker nowadays.
Hayes defeated Kit Wilson on the October 31st episode of SmackDown. His feud with The Miz has continued after Melo Don’t Miz officially split.
