Kris Statlander Says It Would 'Amazing' To Wrestle Saraya At AEW All In

Kris Statlander is excited for AEW All In.

Statlander, who recently returned to AEW at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view, is the current reigning TBS Champion, which means that she will likely be in a featured match at All Elite Wrestling's stadium show All In if she is still champion by the time the show rolls around.

TKO (WWE and UFC) Reports Revenue Of $629.7 Million, Net Loss Of $249.5 Million For Q1 2024

In a new interview of Nick Hausman, Statlander commented on the show and noted that it will be her first time going to the United Kingdom.

"I think it's very, very exciting. One thing that's very exciting for me, I was like, I really, really hope that my recovery has made good to go before the show because it's going to be my first time ever going to the UK. I was supposed to go a few years ago, before I got signed with AEW, and then the day I was supposed to fly there, the Thomas Cook Airlines shut down completely. It was such a nightmare and I wasn't able to go."

Statlander continued on and noted that fans should perceive the show as a positive.

"So it's really like a full circle moment for me to finally be able to go.I just don't understand how people see any of this as a negative. Any sort of wrestling having a big show and doing well with it is just a win for the business on all accounts. I think sometimes people take things too seriously when it comes to defending certain things. Either way, what I'm just saying is I think it's a very exciting thing and I just hope a lot of people are able to see the positive aspects of pulling something like this off."

Statlander went on to say that it would be amazing to wrestle Saraya inside of Wembley Stadium, the home of AEW All In.

"But yeah, if I get the chance to wrestle Saraya at Wembley, I think that would be an amazing thing. I would love to absolutely do that. That's a lot of pressure, you know. She's the hometown hero, but I'm the champion. So it's like, 'Oh, no,' but I think it would be so much fun. I'd be willing to wrestle anybody at that show, but yeah, I never even thought of that as a possibility. I think that would be so so cool, though."

Elsewhere in the interview, Statlander discussed her TBS Championship win. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
