Kurt Angle Does Not Mind Facing John Cena Or A Rising Star At WrestleMania 35

Kurt Angle further opens up about his pending retirement from in-ring competition.

Tomorrow night on RAW, WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle's opponent for his retirement match at WrestleMania 35 will be revealed. Angle approximately has three weeks left until he has his last match as a part of WWE. He recently started up another Q&A session over his personal Facebook page and a number of questions were asked about Angle's forthcoming retirement match. He was once again asked the question of who he would like to face at WrestleMania and Angle shared that he would not mind if it is John Cena or an up and coming talent on the WWE roster.

Willow Nightingale: Being Mercedes Mone's First AEW Opponent Would Be An Honor, I Think I'm Deserving

"Thank you. It truly doesn’t matter who it is. Part of me wants a legend like Cena and part of me wants an upcoming talent, I’ve always prided myself on putting over younger talent in this business." He noted. "I’m just happy to be performing at WrestleMania."

A Facebook user asked Angle about his plans after he steps away from the ring. He responded by noting that he thinks he'll stick around WWE and help out backstage but he knows for certain that he'll be involved in the wrestling business in some way.

"I don’t know. I think I might hang around WWE to help behind the scenes, maybe manage younger talent on the show. I will stick around the business regardless." Angle noted.
